Once the prospect schedules a consultation, a confirmation text message and email are sent to the invitee. An internal text message is sent to all Regal support staff.
Once the form is submitted, a “New Contact” record is created for the invitee in High Level
At this point any information, notes, or communications are kept in the contact record of the prospect

If the invitee is tagged as a “No Show”, Regal App automation (Recipe: No-Show Nurture) begins
This automation sends the invitee a text and email with a link urging them to reschedule.
One day later the automation will send a final text asking them to reschedule with a link
If the invitee shows up but the consultation does not result in a sale, they are moved to the " Lead Drip Status" in the (Client Onboarding) pipeline. This triggers the "Consultation Drip Sequence" workflow. This workflow is a 2-week campaign of emails and text messages sent to the prospect for engagement.
