Prospect To Lead Workflow

Step 1

Prospect schedules an initial consultation using Regal App scheduling link. (Via website, form or external link)

  • Regal App scheduling link- Regal Remote Consultation

  • Regal App consultation is linked to Larry's company calendar

  • Once the prospect schedules a consultation, a confirmation text message and email are sent to the invitee. An internal text message is sent to all Regal support staff.


Step 2

Scheduling consultation requires the invitee to complete High Level Form (New Regal Remote Consultation)

  • Once the form is submitted, a “New Contact” record is created for the invitee in High Level

  • At this point any information, notes, or communications are kept in the contact record of the prospect


Step 3

Pre Consultation Notifications

24 Hours before consultation, Regal App automation workflow (New Consultation Notifications WF) sends the invitee a reminder text message and an email. An internal text message is sent to all Regal support staff.

Step 4

Consultation Cancelation

  • The Regal App provides the invitee the opportunity to cancel the appointment

  • The Regal App sends a cancelation confirmation text to the invitee and Regal Support Team


Step 5

Post Consultation Automations

  • If the invitee is tagged as a “No Show”, Regal App automation (Recipe: No-Show Nurture) begins

  • This automation sends the invitee a text and email with a link urging them to reschedule.

  • One day later the automation will send a final text asking them to reschedule with a link

  • If the invitee shows up but the consultation does not result in a sale, they are moved to the " Lead Drip Status" in the (Client Onboarding) pipeline. This triggers the "Consultation Drip Sequence" workflow. This workflow is a 2-week campaign of emails and text messages sent to the prospect for engagement.
