The "Welcome Aboard" email contains the new clients login email address, password, and URL for the Onboarding Course.
The course provides video "How To" tutorials and app/OS download links for the client
The "Welcome Aboard" email is sent as a part of a system automation this can be done by going to the client contact record. At the bottom of the left column there is an "Offer" field. Simply select "Welcome Aboard" in this field to trigger the automation
