Full 2023-2024 Website Strategy: 

Regal Remote

Month 1:

Regal Remote:

  • Business Plan/ Financial Plan refined 

  • Compass Niche

    • Customer relationship management (CRM)- currently well-researched using Larry’s areas currently learned

    • Small Business

  • Website motion Starter stage:

    • Add blog page to current website

    • Keyword research & content our client base would be looking for

    • Competition Analysis

    • Search Volume

    • Gaps we can fill- topics where there are gaps on the web. 

    • Formatting blog post for readers

    • Original/ least used images 

    • Writing 10 Articles (2 per week): “Topical Authority”

      • Simple Question and answer/problem solve immediately in 1st paragraph. Then into the caveats we can discuss more in-depth, which become sub-headings

      • Implement side curves at end of article going in direction of Larry’s sales/client attraction direction

      • Website Blog

      • Google does not like scattered subjects but cluster areas so that we can become a topical authority. 

  • Site enabled with clear desktop/mobile/tablet-view

    • Email capture set up for us as immediate lead generation for our services

Month 2:

Regal- Ignition1: Multi-week writing in sub-topic clusters and website prepared for monetization (typically around 1,000 page views a month) Approximately 12 articles per month (3 per week) 

  • Begin batch interviews with Larry for longer blog articles using his list of topical areas. 

  • Connect Google Console- Manually Google Index each article to reach Google search faster

  •  Update website format for homepage connecting blog 

Utilize Urban Freedom longevity approvals until the Regal site has longevity for its own permissions

Monetize:(70/30- Regal/Urban Freedom)

 for example $25 a day in site revenue would cover Regal's monthly expenses

  • Start Google Adsense to monetize website views

  • Start Affiliate Marketing to monetize blog articles & website views

    • Create Regal's own special affiliate links for tracking with an Excel spreadsheet

    • Monthly review with Larry & payout to Regal


Month 3: 

Regal- Ignition2: Continue multi-week writings in sub-topics and site monetize Approximately 12 articles per month (3 per week) 

  • Update the website further to make it easy to access blog reading flow as it grows

  • Add more articles connecting our Niche on our broader scale to begin lead-generation partnerships via those licensed to service in areas we are not and grow the marketing list

    • Separate email capture (ex: accounting, legal aid, etc)

  • Improve Google search index recognition by backlinking Regal articles to Urban Freedom & vice versa to relevant articles to show website authority to set up for Google AdSense + affiliate approvals next month for Regal's own Affiliate partnerships

  • Manually Google Index each article to reach Google search faster

  • EOM Analyze areas to improve before the traction stage


Month 4:

Regal- Traction1: More in-depth longer articles/ deeper research/ Beat A.I. with enhanced articles Approximately 15 articles per month (4 per week) 

  • Connect Google Console to easily analyze traction of our readers/ potential client needs alongside Wix analytics

  • Drive more traffic & more monetization opportunities

  • Bring on other experts/ Urban Freedom previous clients in the field of CRM & small business for Mercedez to add their quotes/mini-interviews

    •  Backlink our articles to their blog for additional views of our site

      • Will grow our site views, Google authority & connect the experts clients to our services

    • Will grow our traction where those interviewed

    • Put more eyes on us for our client base

    • Grow our “trustworthiness” authority in the niche to establish our expertise

Month 5:

Regal- Traction2: Continue More in-depth longer articles/ deeper research/ Beat A.I. with enhanced articles Approximately 15 articles per month (4 per week) 

  • Connect Google Console to easily analyze traction of our readers/ potential client needs alongside Wix analytics

  • Drive more traffic & more monetization opportunities

  • Apply for affiliate partnerships directly connected to CRM & Business under Regal’s own portal

  • Apply for Google AdSense under Regal’s own portal now that the site is recognized via Google and building views.

    • Urban Freedom will hire & work with the previous retired contractor to connect AdSense via Wix

  • Continue to Bring on other experts in the field of CRM & small business for Mercedez to add their quotes/mini-interviews

    • Review, Research and Analyze this list at EOM to see which experts we can use to build lead-generation relationships 

  • Join Mvine to bring on further ad’s for revenue building


Month 6:

Regal- Traction3: Continue growing site & building alternate revenue Approximately 15 articles per month (4 per week)

  • Our representation is now known by Google. We can post and rank on the same day. We are now trusted. 

  • Begin the process of transferring the blog writing process to one of our team members with training.

  • Mercedez will then focus on building our relationships as an authority in our niche to begin the “Direct Revenue” phase swapping value with other experts including lead generation. 


Month 7:

Regal- Momentum1: Build up E.E.A.T. (Experience/Expertise/Authority/Trustworthiness)  Approximately 20 articles per month (4-5 per week) 

  • Add platforms to enhance our reach & Brand Building

    • YouTube- Holistic value. Can be faceless. Videos to embed into our articles instead of sending traffic to someone else embedding their videos. Even if its videos showing how best to use a product or our service. Will be practiced also when we switch to the revenue stage of creating our own digital products, guides & courses. 

    • Social Media & Forums- Join & build business groups to share our posts, expertise, and affiliate marketing. Setting also the groundwork for releasing our own products, guides & courses.
